Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry at the apartment community. You will install appliances and ensure service orders are completed promptly, while helping maintain curb appeal and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, HVAC knowledge, and strong communication skills. Certifications are preferred and a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed and ensure timely completion of resident service orders.
• Maintain exterior property and curb appeal; comply with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems. HVAC certification is strongly preferred.
