Job summary

Everabode Property Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance and upkeep across our manufactured housing communities in Missouri. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of residential/manufactured housing/multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repair).
• Respond to routine maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with preparing vacant homes for move-in (minor repairs, cleaning, inspections).
• Support preventative maintenance for homes, common areas, and infrastructure.
• Help maintain community appearance (grounds, debris removal, common areas).
• Identify and report safety hazards or major repairs to management.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors to complete repairs or projects.
• Provide courteous, respectful service to residents and staff.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Technician supports the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of Everabode Property Management's manufactured housing communities. This role focuses on completing routine repairs, responding to service requests, assisting with home readiness, and helping maintain clean, safe, and well-presented communities. This position is ideal for a hands‑on team member who takes pride in quality work and resident service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Respond to routine maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with preparing vacant manufactured homes for move-in, including minor repairs, cleaning, and inspections.
• Support preventative maintenance efforts for homes, common areas, and community infrastructure.
• Help maintain community appearance through groundskeeping, debris removal, and upkeep of common areas.
• Identify and report safety hazards or larger repair needs to management.
• Work with vendors or contractors as directed to complete repairs or projects.
• Provide courteous and respectful service to residents and staff.
