Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician in Macomb County, MI. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC and industrial manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.

You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, work with Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi PLCs, and read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and prints. Strong troubleshooting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, and/or Mitsubishi PLCs.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical prints.
• Experience using multimeters and other troubleshooting equipment.
• Knowledge of CNC electrical components and controls.
• Experience with hydraulic systems.
• Experience with pneumatic/air logic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC and industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
• Work with PLCs including Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.
• Troubleshoot equipment using multimeters, electrical schematics, and mechanical prints.
• Work with CNC electrical components including relays, contactors, fuses, transformers, wiring, ProfiBus, and ProfiNet.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic/air logic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications.
• Work independently to diagnose equipment failures and get machinery back up and running.
