Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring service technicians for Preserve at Sagebrook in Miamisburg, OH. You’ll perform preventative maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general maintenance tasks. A 1+ year background in residential upkeep helps you excel in this busy community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of apartment, residential, or building maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred, or the willingness to earn it — we'll support you.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Take care of resident service requests with workmanship you'd be comfortable putting your name on.
• Stay ahead of problems through preventative maintenance across the community.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general maintenance issues.
• Pitch in on apartment turns and make-ready projects so new residents walk into a finished home.
• Keep curb appeal sharp and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Take your share of the on-call rotation so residents are covered after hours.
