About you

As a Maintenance Technician in Miami, FL, you are dependable, self-motivated, with experience in building and property maintenance. You identify issues quickly and recommend corrective actions to ensure safety and quality. You bring a strong work ethic and a customer-centric approach, whether responding to emergencies, working on light construction projects, or conducting inspections.

In this role, you will...

• Coordinate and complete system and building repairs and preventative maintenance efficiently.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain and review daily operating logs for HVAC, utility meters, and complaints.
• Ensure tenant requests and building systems are handled cost-effectively.
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and management for work approvals.

What you'll bring

• At least 1 year of experience in building/property maintenance.
• Your own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of work order and maintenance software.
• Experience with painting, drywall, and light carpentry.
• Flexibility for off-hours emergency response if needed.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Commercial maintenance experience is a plus.
