Job summary

Heritage Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to protect the safety, functionality, and long-term value of our commercial properties. You will perform advanced repairs, conduct inspections, and document preventive maintenance to keep sites running smoothly.

The role requires strong trades knowledge, the ability to read building plans, and experience coordinating contractors. You’ll work across our NM portfolio, with opportunities for growth and a team culture rooted in community pride.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance and general trades.
• Ability to read building plans and maintenance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors and third-party work preferred.
• Ability to assess building conditions and recommend corrective actions.

Responsibilities
