Job summary

Integrity Medina is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our properties in top-notch condition. The role involves repairs, upgrades, and maintaining a welcoming environment inside and outside our properties.

Responsibilities include completing repairs on schedule, preserving property appearance, prepping vacant units, and handling electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks. A valid driver’s license, tools, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required during workdays.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. We test for marijuana.

Maintenance Technician, Integrity Medina
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
on-call rotation

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our properties in top-notch shape. Your role involves repairs, upgrades, and maintaining a welcoming environment inside and outside our properties. Integrity Medina has three properties within minutes of each other and a strong maintenance team.

Essential Job Functions:

• Complete repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required.
• Help maintain the property's appearance and amenities.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
