CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a premier healthcare campus. You’ll perform preventive maintenance and repairs across building systems, diagnose issues, and ensure safety and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, energy efficiency, and adherence to procedures. A Monday–Friday day shift offers stability, with on-call rotations to support campus operations as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Meet the physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

About The Role

What You'll Do

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
• Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician is $21.15 per hour and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $25.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
