Job summary

Quality Tank Solutions in Marshfield, WI is hiring a full-time 1st shift Plant Maintenance Technician to keep our machinery, equipment, and facilities in good working order. You will troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems, read blueprints, and coordinate with contractors for major repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems.
• Able to read blueprints and troubleshoot CNC equipment.
• Minimum 2 years in industrial or facility maintenance.

• Able to read technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily machines and building maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical components.
• Diagnose machinery breakdowns quickly to reduce downtime.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing and electrical wiring.
• Coordinate with external licensed contractors for major building overhauls or specialized repairs.
• Maintain accurate logs of completed work orders, inspections, parts and supplies.
• Adhere strictly to workplace health & safety rules including OSHA guidelines.

Quality Tank Solutions is currently seeking a full-time, 1st shift Plant Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing facility in Marshfield, WI. Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily machines and building maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical components
• Diagnose machinery breakdowns quickly to reduce operational downtime
• Maintain building systems-including HVAC, plumbing and electrical wiring
• Handle minor structural and cosmetic repairs such as drywall, painting, doors & locks
• Coordinate with external licensed contractors for major building overhauls or specialized repairs
• Maintain accurate logs of completed work orders, inspections, parts and supplies
• Adhere strictly to workplace health & safety rules including OSHA guidelines

Requirements & Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in electrical low/high voltage, mechanical, and hydraulics
• The ability to trouble shoot, read blueprints, and keep CNC equipment up and running
• 2 years or more with hands-on experience in industrial or facility maintenance
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that require manual dexterity
• Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or Building Maintenance is a plus but not required.
