Job summary

Quality Tank Solutions is seeking a full-time, 1st shift Plant Maintenance Technician for our Marshfield, WI facility. You will oversee daily machine and building upkeep, troubleshoot hydraulic/electrical/mechanical systems, and minimize downtime through quick diagnosis and repairs.

Qualifications

Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Able to read blueprints and follow technical manuals.
2+ years of hands-on industrial or facility maintenance work.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and clear, team-oriented communication.
Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

Manage daily machines and building maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical components.
Diagnose machinery breakdowns quickly to reduce downtime.
Maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical wiring.
Coordinate with external licensed contractors for major repairs or overhauls.
Maintain accurate logs of work orders, inspections, parts and supplies.
Adhere to workplace health and safety rules including OSHA guidelines.
