Sterling Estates East Cobb is seeking a Plant Operations Technician to oversee maintenance of apartments and common areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents. The role emphasizes hospitality along with practical building maintenance tasks.

The position is full-time with a day shift, primarily weekdays, and requires the ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff. A friendly, caring approach is essential to support our senior community.

Sterling Estates East Cobb is recruiting for a hospitality focused Plant Operations Technician to join our team!

About The Role

The Plant Operations Technician (Maintenance Technician) is responsible for the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive, accurate and efficient maintenance. This will be accomplished through the performance of simple tasks that require the application of general maintenance and repair techniques, materials, tools, and equipment. The Maintenance Tech serves as a member of the Maintenance team that is responsible for the physical condition of all buildings on campus.

Schedule: Full-Time | Day-Shift | Primarily Monday through Friday, with flexibility to provide weekend coverage, if needed.

Salary: $18.00/hour
