Responsibilities

• Perform overnight building checks and respond to maintenance issues as they arise.
• Complete routine maintenance and repair duties across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently during night hours.
• Address guest requests or concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Record maintenance logs and report serious issues to Engineering leadership.
• Assist in emergency responses such as fire alarms or power outages overnight.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of general maintenance or building operations experience preferred.
• Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and act quickly.
• Must be able to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Dependable and self-directed with strong attention to detail.
