Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests to minimize disruption for residents.
• Assist with unit turnovers to ensure spaces meet company standards.
• Handle emergency repairs efficiently and document incidents.

Your Impact

• Take ownership of the upkeep of the grounds, buildings, and amenities, including cleaning, trash removal, and regular inspections.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to keep HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems operating smoothly.
• Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests, minimizing disruption for residents.
• Assist with unit turnovers by ensuring clean, functional spaces that meet Fitch Irick standards.
• Handle emergency repairs efficiently and document incidents for insurance purposes.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and Fair Housing standards.

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of general maintenance experience (experience in property management is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 100 pounds, bend, stoop, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, collaborative, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• EPA/CFC certification is preferred.
