Apartment Maintenance Technician – Lowell, MA

Pay: $24–$33/hour

The Liberty Group is hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians throughout Lowell and the Merrimack Valley.

We work with apartment communities throughout Lowell, Tewksbury, Chelmsford, Billerica, Westford, and surrounding areas and are continuously looking for dependable maintenance professionals.

Responsibilities may include:

• Resident work orders
• Apartment turns and make-readies
• Painting and drywall repair
• Plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
• Appliance repair
• Preventative maintenance
• General property upkeep
• Assisting with vendors and larger maintenance projects

We're looking for candidates with:

• Multifamily, residential, facilities, construction, or related maintenance experience
• Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with apartment turns and work orders
• HVAC/EPA certifications or other trade credentials are a plus
• Lead and supervisory maintenance experience is highly valued

Pay: $24–$33/hour depending on experience and assignment. The highest rates are generally associated with Lead Maintenance or advanced technician opportunities and may require extensive multifamily experience, advanced troubleshooting abilities, certifications, and/or applicable trade licenses.
