The Maintenance Technician at The Whittier , a 60-unit residential community in Whittier, CA , is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the property, including buildings, common areas, and grounds. This position supports the Property Manager in daily property operations by performing general maintenance, responding to and completing service requests in a timely manner, assisting with apartment turnover, and participating in preventative maintenance programs.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and service-oriented, with the ability to maintain organized maintenance areas and storage spaces, manage inventory and supplies, follow established safety standards and practices, and communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members. This role plays an important part in ensuring the community remains safe, clean, functional, and welcoming for residents.

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.
The role is considered Full Time non-exempt so will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. The anticipated base pay range for the position is $23.00- $23.00 per hour.
