RHF Management, Inc. in Los Alamitos, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve the 71-unit senior community.
You will maintain buildings, units, and grounds, respond to service requests, and participate in turnover and preventive maintenance under supervision. The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, tool proficiency, and basic English.
Located in Los Alamitos, CA, Klein Manor is a 71-unit community serving individuals age 62 and older. In this essential role, and under the direction of the Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property, including buildings, apartment units, common areas, and grounds.
Responsibilities include performing general apartment maintenance, participating in the apartment turn-key process, responding to service requests, and assisting with preventative maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will follow and established safety standards and best practices, and communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community environment.

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.
The role is considered Full Time non-exempt so will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. The anticipated base pay range for the position is $22.00- $24.00 per hour.
