Village Green seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our vibrant team in Livonia. This role plays a critical part in maintaining our apartment community's operation, ensuring timely completion of tasks, providing excellent customer service, and performing various maintenance duties. As the Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the maintenance department.
Village Green has an immediate Maintenance Technician position available.
The Maintenance Technician responsibilities will include:
Plumbing, contracting, builders certifications and licenses a plus! Availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary is appreciated!
