Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure an efficient and safe work environment. Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders promptly and effectively.
• Support apartment turnovers, including minor repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance as directed.

Maintenance Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Complete maintenance work orders promptly and effectively
• Assist with groundskeeping as needed
• Support apartment turnovers, including minor repairs, grab bar installation, toilet replacements, carpet/pad removal, etc.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, hanging fixtures, replacing air filters, and conducting small carpentry or plumbing repairs
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment as directed by the Maintenance Director
