Tagg-N-Go Car Wash is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across multiple locations. This role requires daily travel within the assigned area and typically 40-50 hours per week with night and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, welding, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all sites are operating efficiently and well-maintained.
• Travel between locations within your designated area to perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and perform timely repairs as needed.
• Install, repair, and maintain car wash equipment using hydraulics, welding, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Inspect equipment, identify repairs, and order replacement parts.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Assist with projects and new equipment installations as assigned by Maintenance Director.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete repairs.
• Minimize site downtime through proactive maintenance.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and perform timely, unscheduled repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of industrial or production maintenance experience required.
• A valid, unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record are required and must be maintained throughout the duration of employment.
• Must provide your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) at the time of the employment offer.
• Experience with electrical systems, mechanical aptitude, hydraulics, welding, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• A sense of urgency and dedication to keeping sites operational.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.

Important Requirement:

Upon offer, selected candidates must complete a pre-hire background check and provide their Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) at the time of the employment offer. Maintenance Technicians are required to maintain a valid, unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record as a condition of employment.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, and perform repetitive motions for repairs or installations.
• Lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to differentiate colors to identify wiring and equipment indicators.
• Ability to climb and work from ladders.
