Job summary

Sortera Technologies, Inc. in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and execute repairs to minimize downtime and boost productivity.

You will inspect machinery, service pneumatic and mechanical systems, document maintenance activities, maintain a safe, clean work area, and use hand and power tools. You must provide your own hand tools and follow PPE and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• 1+ year in a Maintenance Technician or similar role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and repair techniques.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; must provide own tools.
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems and advanced troubleshooting preferred.
• Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance is a plus.
