Pink Diamond Maintenance is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Lafayette. You will handle plumbing, electrical, and general repairs to keep our properties safe and well-maintained.

The role involves responding to service requests, performing inspections, and coordinating with residents and management. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of relevant experience are expected, along with a tools set and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 year experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Must own a set of tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving ability.

• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with property maintenance and knowledge of plumbing/electrical is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests from residents and property management staff.
• Conduct routine inspections of property grounds, buildings, and systems to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues within homes, common areas, and building systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations in all maintenance activities.
• Replace light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, and other routine tasks.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; request replacements if needed.
• Complete work orders and maintenance reports promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal maintenance tasks as required.
• Communicate effectively with management and residents to coordinate requests and timelines.
