Paramark Corp is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support three properties in the La Crosse and Winona areas. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling at 25 hours per week with pay between $24 and $28 per hour, depending on experience.

You will perform routine maintenance, document work orders, inspect units, and coordinate with the Property Manager. The position requires hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work, and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work experience.
• Experience with hand tools such as tape measure, square, level, and saw.
• Experience with power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with measuring devices (voltmeters, multimeters).
• Basic computer skills including email.
• On-call availability required.
• Be organized, efficient, and a team player.

Paramark Corp is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as apart-time Maintenance Technician. This position is designed to be very flexible, at25 hours per week. The selected individual will provide maintenance services for three properties in the La Crosse and Winona areas. The wage range is between $24 and $28 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you will oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure the upkeep of the property under the guidance of the Property Manager and Regional Manager. A typical day may consist of such tasks as:

• Diagnosing and performing minor and routine maintenance in a timely fashion
• Ensuring all service requests are completed daily
• Accurately document work performed through our electronic work order system
• Inspect vacated units and create make-ready checklists
• Complete special projects as assigned and prioritized by the Property Manager
• Inspect the exterior of the property for needed preventative maintenance or repairs
• Complete or oversee the completion of the preventative maintenance or repairs
• Order parts and supplies and maintain inventory
• Obtain bids and negotiate pricing from outside vendors and contractors
• Perform emergency maintenance (after hours) as needed
• Coordinate with the Property Manager daily
• Perform and report on all work according to the safety standards of the company, OSHA, and health codes
• Keep work areas clean and tidy daily
• Promote positive public relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff by maintaining a friendly, courteous attitude.

Requirements

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, etc.
• Experience with hand tools, including tape measure, square, level, hand saw, chisel, cutters, pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.
• Experience with power tools, including grinders, drills, various saws, rotary hammers, sanders, routers, planers, nail guns, air compressors, etc.
• Experience with mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, compressors, and blowers.
• Experience with measuring devices such as voltmeters, multimeters, ohmmeters, PH tests, etc.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use email
• Yardi / Voyager experience preferred
• Be organized and efficient.
• Be accountable and responsible.
• Be able to function as a team player
• Available to be On Call (Uncontrolled Standby)
