Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Kissimmee, FL. The role supports residents with skilled maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repair, working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Responsibilities include turnover work within 3–5 business days, upkeep of common areas, safety compliance and inventory entry for tools and equipment. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred; if required, must be obtained within 90 days.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and auto insurance.
• Maintenance experience across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, cleaning windows.
• Monitor exterior building issues and assist preventive maintenance programs.
• Enter newly purchased tools into inventory and keep work area clean and organized.

## Maintenance TechnicianApplylocations: Kissimmee, FL, 34746time type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R-107736**Job Description:**The Maintenance Technician’s primary goal is to provide exceptional service to our residents. The Maintenance Technician will work hand-in-hand with the Maintenance Supervisor to provide skilled, efficient and professional service.Through dedication and uncompromised service, this position can be promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. The position of Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Property Manager. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:* Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.* Perform apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days and turnover checklist completion. Turnover maintenance includes but is not limited to: installation of blinds, change filters, replace bulbs, replace drip pans as needed, and replace door stoppers, caulk, and other miscellaneous repairs as needed.* Common area maintenance includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, pressure washing, cleaning windows etc.* Monitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.* Help maintain an effective preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.* Assume primary responsibility for the safe condition of all equipment or structures in area of expertise.* Enter any newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.* Keep work area clean and orderly.* Observe all safety rules.**Qualifications*** Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.* EPA certification preferred.
