ZRS Management, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician in Daytona Beach, FL to provide skilled, professional service for residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and be eligible for promotion to Maintenance Supervisor based on performance.

Responsibilities include repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, turnover upkeep within 3–5 business days, and maintaining common areas. A valid driver's license is required, and benefits include health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days and turnover checklist completion.
• Common area maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, pressure washing, window cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Ensure safe condition of all equipment or structures; keep area clean and orderly.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.

The Maintenance Technician will work hand-in-hand with the Maintenance Supervisor to provide skilled, efficient and professional service.Through dedication and uncompromised service, this position can be promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. The position of Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Property Manager. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:* Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.* Perform apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days and turnover checklist completion.
