LBA Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our hotels safe, functional, and well maintained. The role involves performing preventative maintenance, general repairs, and assisting guests with professionalism in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities include electrical/HVAC/plumbing troubleshooting, maintaining equipment, completing documentation, and following safety and brand standards. On-site work with a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and preventative maintenance.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools and safe operating practices.
• Dependable, service-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must meet company security clearance requirements.

The Maintenance Technician assists with repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep to ensure the hotel remains safe, functional, and well maintained while providing friendly, professional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs throughout the hotel.
• Troubleshoot and assist with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

• Must be able to push/pull up to 100 lbs. and lift/carry up to 60 lbs. unassisted.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and bend, reach, climb ladders, crawl, and kneel.
• May work outdoors in hot or cold conditions.
• Must have scheduling flexibility, including nights and weekends.
• This is an on-site hotel position.
