Exploreholton in Kansas is seeking a maintenance technician to keep apartments and property in top condition, ensuring a high quality of life for residents 55+. You will respond to urgent repairs, perform routine maintenance and cleaning, and coordinate work orders.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready repairs at turnover, managing inventory for routine repairs, and working with seniors in their homes. A valid driver's license is required; maintenance experience is preferred.

Description

The purpose of a maintenance technician is to ensure that the apartments and property are in quality condition and operating efficiently to provide for a high quality of life for our residents by:

• Quickly responding to emergency and essential repairs
• Provide on-going routine maintenance and cleaning responsibilities
• Manage and complete tenant work order requests, cleaning, & painting
• Complete make ready repairs needed at a unit turnover.
• Manage routine inventory for regular routine repairs

Salary & Benefits

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
