Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom (SETT) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a biotechnology client in Puerto Rico. The role focuses on maintaining electrical, HVAC and process equipment in a pharmaceutical environment.

The position requires an associate degree with experience in pharmaceutical packaging, utilities, and sterile manufacturing settings. Competitive pay with shift differential is offered.

Competenze

• Associate degree in Electricity, Pneumatics, Sensors, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics.
• Experience in pharmaceutical Industry in Packaging, Utilities, Solid Manufacturing (Parenteral, Sterile Manufacturing, Vial or Syringe Filling Maintenance preferred).

• Execute intermediate maintenance activities, or operate and monitor plant support equipment, referring complex issues to more experienced personnel.
• Assist in the evaluation of current maintenance procedures and recommend changes to optimize the maintenance program.
• Perform intermediate troubleshooting of utility, process, and HVAC related equipment/systems.
• Plan and schedule own work activities with operations staff to minimize impact to production activities.
• Provide basic support of start-up of new equipment to ensure it meets all mechanical design specifications.

We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to work with one of our top biotechnology industry clients in the East area of PR.

Salary: $20.00 p/h (plus shift differential)

Under general supervision, execute intermediate maintenance activities. Operate assigned equipment, facility, utility, and HVAC Systems in accordance with established guidelines and operating procedures. Conduct basic troubleshooting and employ basic predictive technologies to identify root cause and appropriate corrective actions for equipment problems or to diagnose equipment problems.

Schedule: Available to work 12 hrs. shift
