Salary Range: $17.46 - $27.29 per hour (Experience based)

Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

• Performs routine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Position is on the evening shift; training is on the day shift (up to one month).

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years of commercial or hospital maintenance experience.
• On-call rotation (including weekends); rotation occurs approximately every 5 to 6 weeks when fully staffed. Must be available for unexpected emergencies.
• Holiday rotation (at least one holiday per year).
• MD driver's license with a good driving record.
