PRC Group in Jersey City is seeking an experienced hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our luxury residential high-rise operating at its best. You will handle resident requests, perform repairs, and contribute to a well-maintained living environment.

This full-time role emphasizes hands-on work rather than supervision. No on-call rotation, with pay between $24.00 and $25.00 per hour based on experience, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and holidays.

Formación

• At least one year of hands-on residential, apartment or building maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and general repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable performing maintenance and repairs directly, rather than primarily supervising others or coordinating vendors.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsabilidades

PRC is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Technician for our luxury residential high-rise in Jersey City. We are looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, making repairs and taking pride in keeping a residential property operating and looking its best.

This is a hands-on maintenance position, not a supervisory or live-in role. There is no on-call rotation.

What You’ll Do
