Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance across the property, ensuring a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, keep tools organized, and support the maintenance team on projects. This hands-on role offers opportunities to grow skills and make a direct impact on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team oriented
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment; Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties
