Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep across the property. You will help maintain a safe, clean hotel environment for guests and team members.

You will handle routine tasks in guest rooms and public areas, assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and support the team on projects. A reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented individual is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
