Job summary

Corsi Cabinet Group is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis to perform PMs on machinery and building systems and assist with repairs. The role requires reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and maintaining safety protocols per OSHA.

The position is full-time, with potential after-hours work to ensure production continuity and safety. Candidates should have a high school diploma and strong mechanical/electrical equipment knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver9s license and reliable transportation.
• Prolonged periods working on feet, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
• Must be able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
• Proficient with inputting data electronically into maintenance software.
• Understand OSHA and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will perform professional maintenance (PM’s) and assist the maintenance manager with repairs for equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. The Maintenance Technician is an hourly full-time position that may require work beyond 40 hours per week, including some work after business hours and during non-production times to ensure all duties are performed in a safe and timely manner.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs PMs for machinery and building systems on time, properly, and ensures proper documentation in the maintenance system.
• Develops/Maintains maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
• Inspects equipment to ensure proper setup and alignment.
• Performs maintenance in accordance with lock out/tag out procedures. Responsible for maintaining updated lock out/ tag out procedures for all machines, in accordance with the OSHA regulations.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follows all policies and procedures in accordance with The Corsi Group Employee Handbook.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
