Job Opportunity: Maintenance Technician – Arlo Apartments

Location: Indianapolis, off County Line Road

Sheehan Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Arlo Apartments, a new construction community on the south side of Indianapolis.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be a key player in keeping the property well-maintained and providing excellent service to residents. Key responsibilities include:

1. Addressing service requests from residents promptly and professionally
2. Collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain a smooth turning schedule
3. Preparing apartments for new move-ins
4. Ensuring the property remains clean and inviting by picking up trash and debris regularly
5. Handling on-call duties 24/7/365 on a rotating schedule (including evenings and weekends)
6. Managing snow and ice removal during winter months
7. Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

**Compensation and Benefits:**

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Competitive pay: starting at $20/hour
• 401(k) with company match (after 1 year)
