Job summary

ARK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve and service hotel amenities including pools, fitness areas, meeting spaces, and guest rooms. You will support preventive maintenance and assist with mechanical/electrical systems such as pumps and motors to ensure smooth hotel operations.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs, plus availability for on-call hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• PMS Rooms Management and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Ability to work on-call hours, including weekends.

Job description

The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, bar, sauna, fitness center, pool area, and hotel guestrooms through preventive maintenance. Additionally, the technician assists with the repairs and maintenance of hotel equipment, including mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps and motors.

Compensation: $23 hourly

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
