Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience is required, preferably in property management.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive issue identification.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete maintenance service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform make-ready duties to prepare units for new residents.
• Handle move-out repairs and ensure units meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
• Identify and report any major repairs or safety concerns.
• Work closely with property management team to meet deadlines and expectations.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This role is responsible for ensuring our properties are well-maintained, move-in ready, and that resident service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Alternating weekends: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete maintenance service requests in a timely manner
• Perform “make-ready” duties to prepare units for new residents
• Handle move-out repairs and ensure units meet company standards
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools
• Identify and report any major repairs or safety concerns
• Work closely with property management team to meet deadlines and expectations
