Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician in Houston, TX to service residents and support the Maintenance Supervisor. You will perform skilled repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems, and participate in turnover work with a focus on quality and timeliness.

The role offers full-time employment with benefits and opportunities to advance to a Maintenance Supervisor with demonstrated performance.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and communicate clearly with residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and related systems.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and follow turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas, clean and secure equipment and structures.
• Monitor exterior building conditions and support preventive maintenance programs.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain clean, organized work areas.

## Maintenance TechnicianApplylocations: Houston, TXtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R-107802**Job Description:**The Maintenance Technician’s primary goal is to provide exceptional service to our residents. The Maintenance Technician will work hand-in-hand with the Maintenance Supervisor to provide skilled, efficient and professional service.Through dedication and uncompromised service, this position can be promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. The position of Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Property Manager. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:* Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.* Perform apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days and turnover checklist completion.
