What The Position Entails

The maintenance team is responsible for maintaining and improving plant equipment. This includes repairing equipment, completing PM’s, installing new equipment and completing work orders in a safe and timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Repair of plant equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance activities
• Installation of new equipment
• Train equipment operators for routine maintenance activities
• Other maintenance activities as required
  
  

What a candidate must have to be qualified for the role:

• Welding
• Hydraulic troubleshooting, repair and install
• Pneumatic troubleshooting, repair and install
• Electrical troubleshooting, repair and install
• General metal machining
• PLC troubleshooting
• Communication (verbal and written)
• Basic computer skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education in a technical field (preferred)
• First Responder Certified (preferred)
