Job summary

Genesis Products is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our TFL wood lamination manufacturing plant in Hope, Arkansas. The role focuses on preserving the condition and functionality of equipment in a high-performance industrial environment.

You'll perform mechanical maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance while adhering to safety and environmental guidelines. Strong teamwork and communication are essential in this hands-on position with ample growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with high-pressure thermal oil press operations.
• Proficiency with Siemens logic controllers and VFD systems (Lenze).
• Ability to read electrical prints and machine diagrams.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Perform highly skilled mechanical maintenance tasks.
