This is a high-impact role maintaining critical production equipment for a premier manufacturer of U.S. Navy ship HVAC and food storage systems. You will perform preventative, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on complex industrial machinery within a non-union environment that values servant leadership and employee growth. What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems ranging from 120v to 480v, including control panels and wiring.
• Maintain and repair diverse mechanical systems such as conveyors, bearings, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Perform diagnostics and rebuilds on water and vacuum pumps, heat exchangers, and air conditioning units.
• Support production by maintaining CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to ensure minimal downtime.
• Lead daily technical checklists and participate in team meetings to coordinate maintenance priorities.
