Legacy House of Southern Hills is on the lookout for a reliable Maintenance Technician to ensure the comfort and safety of our senior living community. This full-time position offers an entry-level opportunity with a focus on hands-on maintenance tasks.

Schedule

• Full‑time
• 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play an important role in supporting our residents by keeping the community running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

• Performing basic maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
• Fixing minor plumbing issues and leaks
• Replacing light bulbs and fixtures
• Assisting with landscaping and grounds upkeep
• Supporting general facility projects as assigned
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for residents and staff
