Join to apply for the Maintenance Technician role at Findlay Toyota Henderson.

Findlay Toyota is seeking Maintenance Technicians for our high-volume service department. We are one of the largest & fastest-growing automotive groups in the Southwestern U.S.! This is a great opportunity to join a team that offers growth, advancement, and recognizes hard work.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform work specified on the repair order in accordance with Findlay policies and procedures.
  2. Complete oil and filter changes, tire rotations, brake fluid exchanges, power steering fluid exchanges, coolant exchanges, and other maintenance services.
  3. Top off fluids and set tire pressures as per manufacturer specifications.
  4. Mount new tires, perform Road-Force balancing, and tire puncture repairs.
  5. Test drive vehicles for diagnosis and quality control.
  6. Report measurements and recommendations via the Multi Point Inspection program.
  7. Conduct quality control checks after services.
  8. Communicate regularly with service advisors, shop foremen, and management.
  9. Maintain attention to detail and respect for customers' vehicles.
