The Maintenance Technician is responsible for responding to maintenance repair requests promptly and preparing vacant units for new residents. This role is vital in delivering excellent customer service to our residents.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push, or pull over 25 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools required, including personal smartphone technology

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC Certification
• Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience

Compensation: $18 - $21 per hour
*Final salary depends on individual qualifications and experience.
