Farmer Focus is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform daily and preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations in a poultry processing environment. You will help ensure machinery runs safely, efficiently, and reliably while supporting production continuity and uptime.

Work is conducted primarily in a manufacturing and poultry production environment. This role requires access to the production environment and may require work in all departments of the processing plant. The team member must be abletotoleratevarying heat, wet, damp, and chill conditions within the plant. Hearing and eye protective equipment arerequiredin the production area. Hair and beard nets arerequiredin the production area.Additionalpersonal protective equipment may berequiredbased on task, location, and safety requirements. This position may require the use of hand tools, power tools, precision instruments, electrical and electronic testing devices, welding and cutting equipment, shop equipment, and other maintenance-related tools. The role may also require standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, lifting, working near machinery, and working with or near animal blood.
