Job summary

HRB is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues on machinery and all building auxiliary equipment, install and upgrade production equipment, and respond to maintenance requests and emergencies as needed.

The role requires maintaining records, improving maintenance procedures, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with production

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems per PPI's preventative maintenance program requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues on machinery and all building auxiliary equipment.
• Install, maintain and upgrade production equipment and building infrastructure.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns in a timely manner; these breakdowns may occur during production hours or off schedule hours.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts inventory (Maintenance Supervisor).
• Assist in developing and improving maintenance procedures and preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, hydraulic tools, any production equipment and diagnostic instruments safely and effectively.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Production/Process manager.
• Assist, as needed, in other areas of the manufacturing plant
