Qualificações

• Experience performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general repairs in a property setting.
• Ability to complete work orders promptly and accurately.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Responsabilidades

• Complete service requests across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and repairs.
• Assist with apartment turns and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain grounds and common areas for curb appeal and safety.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders in a timely and professional manner, preparing apartment homes for new residents, and ensuring the community is well-maintained and operating efficiently.
