• Location: Greenwood, IN
• Schedule: 1st shift
• Pay: $60-$65K salary base DOE + benefits
• Job Type: Full-Time/ Direct Hire

About the Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our facility operations by minimizing downtime and keeping equipment running at peak performance. This role plays a key part in maintaining production efficiency through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, tooling, and facility systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and scrap
• Support production by responding quickly to maintenance issues
• Complete all maintenance documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Assist with fabrication and implementation of improvement projects
• Maintain a safe work environment following all company and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in emergency procedures and safety protocols
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
• At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of machinery, tools, and equipment systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, climbing, etc.)
• Comfortable working at heights and in various positions (ladders, platforms, confined spaces)
• Able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
• Valid driver’s license required
