A maintenance service provider is seeking a Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will have certifications in refrigeration and HVAC, perform repairs and installations, and ensure the safety and functionality of equipment across multiple locations. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, maintaining inventory, and leading a team in preventative maintenance efforts. The role requires good communication skills and physical capability for various tasks.

Qualificações

• Must have up-to-date certifications in refrigeration and HVAC.
• Ability to travel to various locations in the vicinity.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform various physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Repair malfunctioning equipment and structures.
• Install machinery systems and perform regular quality checks.
• Implement preventative maintenance measures and maintain inventory.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and communicate status to management.

• Complete inspections of restaurants with RVPs and ADs when necessary.
• Respond quickly in emergencies and follow safety protocol.
• Keep company vehicles clean and maintained.
• Communicate status of repairs to store manager, ADs and RDOs.

Supervisor: Director of Maintenance and Director of Facilities

FLSA Status: Salary Non-Exempt

Prerequisite

• Up-to-date certifications in refrigeration and HVAC
• Travel to North Greenville, Hendersonville, and cities around the Asheville area is required, and a vehicle will be provided

Duties and Responsibilities

• Repair malfunctioning equipment units and broken structures
• Install machinery systems
• Quality check equipment regularly to ensure everything is in working order
• Perform minor building, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs as necessary
• Implement preventative maintenance measures.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Complete inspections of restaurants with RVP’s and AD’s when necessary.
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocol
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
• Follow up and complete the store maintenance list.
• Send in completed work tickets and time sheets for the previous week on Monday.
• Keep company vehicles clean and maintained.
• Communicate any maintenance items that need to be replaced if they can’t be fixed or cost too much due to age or condition of equipment.
• Communicate to the store manager, ADs, and RDOs on the status of repairs

Physical Requirements

• Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs +
• Frequent: Climbing, crawling, bending, stooping, kneeling. The position will be responsible for up to 20 locations.
