Job description

Trillium Staffing is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Greenville, WI!

Schedule
  • Off Season (September–June): Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with some flexibility
  • Peak Season (June–September): Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM
  • Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required during peak season, including some weekends

Pay Range: $23.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience

This role will support facility maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and general repair work. This role will support both the Lynndale and Greenville locations as needed. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the general upkeep of interior and exterior facility areas, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, supporting preventative maintenance programs, assisting with safety‑related initiatives, and coordinating with vendors or outside contractors when needed.

This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who is dependable, detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced operations environment.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical control wiring circuits.
  • Read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment and system failures.
  • Replace conveyor drives, motors, belts, and related components.
  • Troubleshoot AC and DC drives.
  • Perform minor repairs involving plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, and general facility upkeep.
  • Use standard mechanic and electrician tools and inspection devices to identify and resolve issues.
  • Support and implement preventative maintenance programs.
  • Assist with evacuation drills and safety initiatives.
  • Support vendor selection and help oversee outside contractors.
  • Travel locally as needed to pick up parts from distributors.
  • Support maintenance needs at both Lynndale and Greenville locations when required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, safety, plant engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands‑on experience working with skilled trades preferred.
  • Trade school or electrical certification preferred.
  • Must be able to work 2nd shift during peak season.
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and general repair skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Word.

  • Mechanical work involving machines such as tow motors, forklifts, or order pickers
  • OSHA certifications are helpful but not required
