Job summary

BHS Corrugated North America in Green Bay is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our onsite M2P team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on corrugating equipment to keep production safe and efficient.

The role requires mechanical or electrical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot, and flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends or holidays when needed. We offer competitive pay and a benefits package.

BHS Corrugated is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our onsite M2P team in Green Bay. You’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial corrugating equipment while helping keep production running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
• Complete lubrication and scheduled maintenance
• Diagnose equipment problems and support continuous improvement
• Work closely with operators, customers and the onsite maintenance team
• Participate in an on-call rotation when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends or holidays when needed
• Willingness to learn new equipment and technology

Corrugated experience is NOT required — we’ll teach you our equipment.
