Job summary

Playcraft Systems, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to inspect, replace, and identify equipment in need of repair. You will troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs and plan work using blueprints or manuals.

The role requires performing general maintenance, operating forklifts and lifts, and collaborating with a team to keep the plant running safely in challenging conditions.

Qualifications

Job description

Playcraft Systems, LLC is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician. This individual will be responsible for inspecting, replacing, and identifying equipment or machines in need of repair. This individual will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues to determine necessary repairs, plan repair work by using blueprints or equipment manuals, and perform general repairs that do not need a more specialized technician.

Position Requirements

• General plant maintenance experience.


• Ability to learn greasing, lubrication and Planned Maintenance.


• Good troubleshooting skills.


• Forklift, scissor lift, and high lift experience.


• Not afraid of heights.


• MIG welding experience.


• Computer literate.

Position Expectations

• Must be willing to work any shift and OT as necessary to maintain plant.


• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 75 pounds.


• Must be a team player in a team environment.


• Must be able to work in extreme hot/cold environments and stand for 8-10 hours daily.


• High attention to detail


• Good communication and interpersonal skills
